Things you can do this summer minus binging Netflix!

Summer has always been the most awaited season for all the people because of the holidays!

Holidays are the sweetest thing to happen to you if you are a teenager or even going through your mid-life crisis as we all need to break the rut, and take a break every once in a while!

While some of us have great, innovate plans lined up for summer, there’s a big group that is just going to rely on the fact that “Netflix exists and is paid for the whole month”!

But what if I tell you there’s more to summer than just watching movies and seasons?!

Confused, eh?

Here’s a list of things you can do rather:

· Go hiking and trekking!

You go to all the wonderful, scenic places like Meranjani top, Marghalla hills, Mukshpuri top, Nathiagali and a lot more places. Hit the road and just see how beautiful and intimidating the mountains are and how mentally refreshing it can leave you.

· Start reading!

A good book is never a bad idea! (I said that), there’s a long list of good literature that can help you look at the world through different angles and can put some perspective into us! Once you find a book of your interest you’ll see how it catches your eye and keeps you hooked to it!

· Volunteer at a non-profit organisation.

Charity Donations Fundraising Nonprofit Volunteer Concept

Yes, you read that right! Why not give the community a little back rather than just lounging all day in pyjamas?

Find an organisation like SOS or Edhi Foundation and you learn a lot, plus the experience, it could help you a lot in the future.

· Learn a new skill.

So what if we cannot be jack of all trades? At least let’s be of some!

Learn something you always wanted to, be it piano or swimming, you should listen to Nike and “Just do it”.

Make sure to at least try one of the above, as everyone can be a couch potato, be an adventurous potato this summer for a change! ( Yeap, still a potato)))
