Mensa is the largest and oldest high IQ society in the world, It is a non-profit organization open to people who score at the 98th percentile or higher on a standardized, supervised IQ or other approved intelligence test.
An 11-year old girl named Tara Sharifi, from Iran has got the “ highest possible” score on it!
She is a student at Uk’s Aylesbury High School, she recently took the test and scored 162 points, that puts her way above the “genius benchmark” of 140. It places her ahead of Albert Einstein, as his estimated IQ was 160, and Man!!, did your jaw drop?
Tara is now a member of Mensa membership (AKA the High IQ Society).
“It will be a wonderful opportunity to meet other people within the Mensa system. I have told some of my friends at school and they were really impressed.”
Tara has expressed her wish to pursue further studies in Mathematics and we can see her wining lots of Medals!
