Former Pakistan’s First Lady Begum Kulsoom Nawaz Dies

People enter and leave this world every minute that passes. After the assassination of Bibi Benazir Bhutto Shaheed this comes to the nation as the biggest lost.

Ms. Kulsoom Nawaz, the ex-first lady of Pakistan left this materialistic world on September 11, 2018 around 10 am according to the UK time .She was fighting against the Throat Cancer and was getting her treatment in Harley Street Clinic.

A Big loss for the nation, she was indeed a brave woman and has done a lot for the welfare and education of the women of Pakistan .Kulsoom Nawaz as a wife has beared a lot of tough times in her life, she fought bravely against them and comes out as a winner all the time, she was indeed a brave woman .May her Soul Rest In Peace.

Ms. Kulsoom Nawaz was a granddaughter of The Great Gama belongs to a Kashmiri family of Lahore. She was born in 1950 as a daughter of Mr. Hafiz Butt. She holds the degree of Masters in Urdu Poetry and a PH.D in Philosophy. Kulsoom Nawaz had two sisters and a brother.

In 1971 she got married to Mr. Nawaz Sharif, the three time Prime minister of Pakistan and currently in prisoned due to some corruption charges. The couple have four children Maryam, Asma, Hassan and Hussain.

In 2017 she was also elected to the National assembly of Pakistan for the first time from NA-120 (Lahore-III).

People of Pakistan will always remember the struggles and hardships Ms. Kulsoom Nawaz faced to save the democracy in Pakistan. This Day she left everyone in mourn but her contributions and struggles will always be remembered.
