Missing breakfast

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and if you miss that you may have chances to get sick or you may not function properly. It also encourages us to snack more throughout the day because we feel hungry and this will lead to obesity.

Sleeping late

Pulling an all-nighter to complete a task or anything is not the best option your mind and every other organ snooze off at 12 and after that waking up will only cause health issues.

More sleeping especially in the morning

Your average sleep should be 8 hours sleeping in or calling an all-nighter both are damaging your brain. Sleeping more especially in the morning makes you lazy the whole day and you may not be able to do any productive work.

Eating a meal while watching TV

This is the most ignored brain damaging habit. Eating while watching TV can lower your metabolism and also you eat more while watching TV. This will ultimately lead you to unhealthy eating.
